Refund Policy

At NEET Pathway, we strive to provide high-quality counselling, mentorship, and admission guidance services. Before purchasing any service, users are advised to carefully review the details of the selected plan.
1General Refund Policy
All payments made to NEET Pathway are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
By purchasing any service, the user acknowledges that counselling and guidance services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee admission, seat allotment, or college selection.
2Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made for the same service.
- Payment deducted but service was not activated due to a technical error on our side.
- Cancellation by NEET Pathway before commencement of the service.
- Any other case specifically approved by NEET Pathway management.
3Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests shall not be entertained in the following situations:
- Failure to secure admission in a desired college.
- Dissatisfaction with counselling outcomes.
- Change of mind after purchasing a service.
- Failure to attend counselling sessions or meetings.
- Incorrect information or documents submitted by the student.
- Missed counselling deadlines by the student or parent.
- Government policy changes, counselling rule changes, or seat matrix changes.
- Services that have already been delivered, partially or completely.
4Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation before the commencement of services. Approval of cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of NEET Pathway.
Once counselling, mentoring, document assistance, or choice-filling guidance has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5Refund Processing
- Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.
6Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting NEET Pathway support.
In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, NEET Pathway reserves the right to:
- Suspend user access.
- Recover service charges and associated costs.
- Initiate appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws.
Fraud & Misrepresentation
Any attempt to obtain a refund through false claims, forged documents, identity misrepresentation, or payment fraud may result in account termination and legal action under applicable provisions of:
• Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Other applicable Indian laws
8Final Decision
All refund requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of NEET Pathway Management regarding eligibility, approval, or rejection of a refund request shall be final and binding.
