1About NEET Pathway
NEET Pathway is an educational counselling and guidance platform that assists students with:

- College Selection Support
- Choice Filling Assistance
- Admission Guidance
- Document Assistance
- Mentorship
- Provide Books
NEET Pathway is an independent guidance platform and is not affiliated with NTA, MCC, NMC, State Counselling Authorities, Medical Colleges, or any Government Body.
2Eligibility
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Students below 18 years must use services under parental or guardian supervision.
3Nature of Services
NEET Pathway provides guidance based on publicly available information, previous counselling trends, and expert analysis.
We do not guarantee:
- Any college admission
- Seat allotment
- Rank improvement
- Scholarship approval
- Admission confirmation
Final admission decisions depend solely on counselling authorities and institutions.
4Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
- Providing correct information.
- Uploading genuine documents.
- Completing registrations and payments on official portals.
- Meeting counselling deadlines.
NEET Pathway shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
5Payments & Refunds
- Fees paid for counselling services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Duplicate payments may be eligible for refund after verification.
- Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days.

6Privacy
User information may be collected for counselling and communication purposes. NEET Pathway will not sell personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, study materials, counselling resources, videos, and website content belong to NEET Pathway and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8Limitation of Liability
NEET Pathway shall not be liable for:
- Admission rejection
- Seat cancellation
- Changes in counselling policies
- Government notifications
- Technical issues on third-party portals
- Missed deadlines by students
Use of our services is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
9Termination
NEET Pathway reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who:
- Violates these terms.
- Provides false information.
- Misuses the platform.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
Legal Compliance & Fraud Prevention
NEET Pathway maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, impersonation, forgery, misrepresentation, cyber abuse, and unauthorized use of the platform.
Any user found involved in:
- Submission of false information or forged documents.
- Impersonation of another student, parent, counsellor, or representative.
- Fraudulent payment activities.
- Unauthorized access to user accounts, databases, or platform resources.
- Defamation, threats, harassment, or misuse of digital communication channels.
- Distribution of misleading counselling information under the name of NEET Pathway.
may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and prosecuted under applicable laws, including:

- Section 318 – Cheating
- Section 319 – Cheating by Personation (Impersonation Fraud)
Information Technology Act, 2000
- Section 66C – Identity Theft
- Section 66D – Cheating by Personation using Computer Resources

and other applicable laws governing investigation, search, seizure, and criminal proceedings in India.
NEET Pathway reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any user account involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activities and may cooperate with law enforcement agencies by providing relevant records and information as required by law.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the use of NEET Pathway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and shall be governed by the laws of India.
